When you sense fear, you’ll react with fight, fright, or flight. People who are fearless - they ignore their fear instinct - have shorter lives. People who listen to their gut when they sense fear, do much better in life.However, some fear, like acrophobia, is an irrational fear of being in high places. There are many irrational fears which hinder a person’s life. Talk therapy, hypnosis, and, in some cases, medication will help a person in life.
The natural fear is when a child runs in front of your car, and you slam on your brakes. The adrenalin rush will get you to react quickly in order not to hurt the child. Another natural fear is when you meet a stranger. Not all strangers will give you a red flag; however, when you sense mistrust, listen to your gut.
