What are the secrets to a celebrities’ beauty?  Kate Hudson is always in style, thin, sexy, and sweet. In her new movie, “Earthbound”, she plays a terminally ill woman. Her already thin body wasn’t thin enough, and she had to lose twenty pounds.

The way Kate Hudson loses the weight is by reducing her calorie intake to 1500 calories and exercising. The easiest way to reduce your caloric consumption is omitting from your diet bread and pasta. Kate Hudson says that the easiest way to stay motivated and exercise is to do something that you like to do. Kate says that she dances. Dancing, especially salsa, is very cardio.

For Kate Hudson’s other new movie “NINE”, she had to learn how to strip tease. This dance  strengthens and tones your body.

Her weight loss diets consisted of lean proteins that included chicken, fish, turkey, and tofu, and she ate low carbohydrate foods such as vegetables, fresh fruits, and legumes.

She also ate foods rich in essential fatty acids such as olive oil, fish oil, seeds and nuts, which are very helpful if you want your body to function properly. On top of losing weight for the movie, she quit smoking. Not an easy thing to do. Good job, Kate.
