If you read science fiction novels, then you are probably already acquainted with the English writer, Douglas Adams. His fame centers on the “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” series of five books, which he started on a radio show. Fifteen million copies of the books have been sold.
Douglas Adams died at 49 years old in 2001, and has been greatly missed. He was an independent thinker. Some of his thinking, you might say, was radical. All of his ideas you’ll find in his writings, even his musical inspirations.
Adams loved his Apple Macintosh and technological gizmos. He was in demand as a lecturer because of his knowledge of technology. He thought of things, like email, before they were invented.
